Who we are
Commercial Institute, Inc. is a state-accredited real estate school offering continuing education courses to licensed real estate brokers and salespersons throughout the United States. All of our state-approved courses are designed to meet educational requirements as quickly and economically as possible. Consequently, we deliver courses completely online using a standard Internet browser. There is no need for special software or in-class instruction or exams. We take pride in the fact that we do not resell "stock" courses from national education conglomerates. All of our continuing education courses are completely our own -- developed by experienced, practicing, real estate professionals who have the same needs and interests as you!
