A decision by a real estate agent to sell land, farms, and ranches should not be taken lightly. As challenging as suburban home sales can be, acres of land have an even more complex set of elements that can take years of training to understand. Mineral rights, access, buildings, fencing, and water sources are just a few of the elements that add to or detract from the value of farm and ranch property.
